    Gluten-Free Crepes with Strawberries and Cream

    These elegant French Crepes with Strawberries and Cream are super easy to make and can be served for breakfast, brunch, or even as dessert. The farmer's cheese filling is rich, light, and creamy. The chocolate ganache with loads of strawberries not only makes these crepes beautiful but really tasty too.

    My kids really enjoyed these crepes and didn't even notice that they are gluten-free, just kept saying that this is the best thing ever! They are truly that delicious!

    The best thing about making crepes is you can enjoy them with different kinds of fruit like raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries. You may also replace the farmer's cheese with lightly sweetened whipped heavy cream. Both variations are just mouthwatering!

    Crepes are super easy to make.

    Farmers Cheese Filling

    • Farmer's cheese - you can substitute farmer's cheese with cottage cheese.
    • Cream cheese - cream cheese adds creaminess to the farmer's cheese.
    • Condensed milk - is for sweetness. I used raw condensed milk.
    • Pure vanilla extract - vanilla extract adds depth to the flavor of the cheese filling.
    • Sea salt - boosts the flavor of the farmer's cheese filling.

    How to make Crepes with Strawberries and Cream

    Mix farmer's cheese and softened cream cheese until just combined. Add raw condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Using a hand mixer, mix everything together once more for another 30 seconds or until all is incorporated.

    Spread a couple of tablespoons of farmer's cheese filling on the center of the crepe. Place sliced strawberries.
