What you Need to make Crepes with Strawberries and Cream

Farmers Cheese Filling
- Farmer's cheese - you can substitute farmer's cheese with cottage cheese.
- Cream cheese - cream cheese adds creaminess to the farmer's cheese.
- Condensed milk - is for sweetness. I used raw condensed milk.
- Pure vanilla extract - vanilla extract adds depth to the flavor of the cheese filling.
- Sea salt - boosts the flavor of the farmer's cheese filling.

How to make Crepes with Strawberries and Cream
Mix farmer's cheese and softened cream cheese until just combined. Add raw condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Using a hand mixer, mix everything together once more for another 30 seconds or until all is incorporated.

Spread a couple of tablespoons of farmer's cheese filling on the center of the crepe. Place sliced strawberries.

Fold both sides to the center to cover the cheese filling with strawberries.
Top each crepe with additional sliced strawberries and drizzle with warm chocolate ganache.
Your crepes are ready to serve!
