This Simple and Fresh Cucumber Tomato Garden Salad is amazingly refreshing and scrumptious! It's usually not summer for us if we haven't enjoyed this salad made from fresh, organically homegrown, crispy garden veggies. It's a tradition.
You don't even need many ingredients or expend too much effort to turn out a tasty salad that will get your family to come asking for more. And just look at all the beautiful colors!

To make it even easier on you, you may prepare the salad ahead of time. Cut up all your veggies, cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours. Now, that part of your meal is covered and done!
And it makes you feel good that your family's veggie portion of the plate is super healthy and loaded with nutrients because it's made with ingredients you know and trust. It serves well alongside quinoa, pasta, or potato dishes. And nicely balances your favorite meat dish. Enjoy!
📋 Recipe Ingredients
- Red/pink tomatoes
- Yellow tomatoes
- Purple onion
- Cucumbers
- Dill

Garden Salad Dressing and Seasoning
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Black ground pepper
- Lemon juice (optional)

🔪 Recipe Instructions
How to make the Cucumber Tomato Garden Salad
Rinse and slice cucumbers, tomatoes, purple onion, and place them into a large salad bowl.
Chop fresh dill and add to sliced vegetables. Sprinkle the salad with salt and pepper to taste.

Drizzle olive oil (or avocado oil) and lemon juice (squeezed from a fresh lemon). Mix all the vegetables together and enjoy.

TIP: Add seasoning and dressing to the vegetables immediately before serving the salad or it will water too much. It would still be very scrumptious, just not as presentable.
