  • 1 lb. farmer's cheese
  • 4 oz. – softened cream cheese
  • 7 oz. – sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ tsp. – vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. – sea salt
  • Strawberries and chocolate ganache for topping

How to Make Gluten-Free Crepe Filling

  • Start by mixing farmer's cheese and softened cream cheese just until it's well combined. Add raw condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Using a hand mixer, mix everything together once more for another 30 seconds or until all is incorporated.
  • Spread a couple of tablespoons of farmer's cheese filling on the center of the crepe. Then place sliced strawberries on top.
  • Fold both sides to the center to cover the cheese filling with strawberries.
  • Top each crepe with additional sliced strawberries and drizzle with warm chocolate ganache.
  • Your crepes are ready to serve!
