Crepe Filling Ingredients
- 1 lb. – farmer's cheese
- 4 oz. – softened cream cheese
- 7 oz. – sweetened condensed milk
- ½ tsp. – vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. – sea salt
- Strawberries and chocolate ganache for topping
How to Make Gluten-Free Crepe Filling
Start by mixing farmer's cheese and softened cream cheese just until it's well combined. Add raw condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
Using a hand mixer, mix everything together once more for another 30 seconds or until all is incorporated.
Spread a couple of tablespoons of farmer's cheese filling on the center of the crepe. Then place sliced strawberries on top.
Fold both sides to the center to cover the cheese filling with strawberries.
Top each crepe with additional sliced strawberries and drizzle with warm chocolate ganache.
Your crepes are ready to serve!
